NOMINATIONS OVERVIEW
Teachers play a very integral part in students’ everyday lives. They lead, guide, and teach lessons that extend far beyond the classroom. And many times, the “teaching” expands to “shaping and molding” our youth into future leaders.
The Education Foundation of Harris County has a desire to honor teachers who go above and beyond to ensure students are learning the curriculum, while also receiving the “tools” to become successful individuals.
If you know of a Harris County public school teacher whose efforts and enthusiasm are exemplary, one who “goes the extra mile” for the students or who is truly making a difference in the classroom, then nominate that teacher for the Teacher of the Month Award. Winning teachers receive great prizes, as well as recognition for their outstanding service to our children and community.
